Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to our valued customers for service and orders.
• Handle inbound overflow customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• A balanced mix of 70% outbound and 30% inbound calls – no hard sales, just helping customers!
• Handle administrative tasks, such as tracking orders and supporting inbox management. Or any ad-hoc task.
You will possess the following:
• Familiar with New Zealand, and have the willingness to be involved in local business
• A can-do and will-do attitude is on-display
• Strong outbound calling experience (at least 1 yr) within a sales support/customer service role, focusing on retaining and growing existing customer business within the B2B market
Proven experience in maintaining existing customers and achieving internal sales targets by identifying customer needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone with the ability to influence and negotiate with customers
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Calm under pressure
• Fluent in Chinese and English is a must
