有一间房间可供出租（不带家具）。如有需要，可提供床、床垫和床头柜。

-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
-Plenty of off-street parking is available.
-It is not a party house, and cleaning is taken very seriously.
-Bus stop located less than 100 meters away with frequent buses to Auckland CBD.
-Please note that tenants working from home may be asked to contribute more towards electricity and water bills to cover the increased usage.
