Hi, We are a property maintenance company, we supply all sorts of services to rental properties, now we are looking for an experienced carpenter or handyman to join our team.
Please note we are doing the maintenance carpentry jobs not new constructions, so related experience is basic.
Our work area based in Penrose.

You should be:
Have current Resident visa or NZ citizenship
Have your own basic tools
Physical fit
Knowledge of all the aspects of the carpentry in renovation property
Be proud of your job
Could work separately unsupervised
Responsible and reliable
Have minim 3 yrs experience in property maintenance, reference required.
Have good communication skill
Have full class 1 driver licence
Reliable transport from or to work
Have clean conviction
Pass the drug test
